Recipe: Buffalo Chicken Dip

This is adapted from this recipe.

8 ounces cream cheese (recommended: Philadelphia)
1/2 cup hot sauce (recommended: Frank's)
1 rotisserie chicken, shredded
1 cup of shredded cheese (recommended: cheddar)
Tortilla chips, crackers, bread, etc for serving

Preheat oven to 425 degrees F

In a medium sauce pan over moderate heat melt the cream cheese until smooth, about 3 minutes.

Add hot sauce and mix well.

Add rotisserie chicken and mix well.

Transfer the mixture into a 9-inch pie plate or casserole dish.

Sprinkle with shredded cheese.

Bake it until hot and bubbly, around 20- 25 minutes.  We usually do 20 minutes then check it.

Then let it stand for a few minutes as it will be extremely hot and then serve with various fjxin's like tortilla chips or bread..  We often have this on Friday nights as a lazy dinner.  I recommend getting the rotisserie chicken at Shaw's if you have one near you as they have hands down the best rotisserie chicken.  You can use any cheese you really want as we've made this our own you can make it your own as well.
